This group’s objective is to create a community network, or whatever you call it, of diverseindividuals from various fields (mostly people here are from finance, but will expand it to more)who will support, and inspire one another by providing a platform for networking, mentorship, and career development through any means, physical or virtual. The primary things we'll do are; Every week- Digital Baithaks, will inform when there will be none, these will be just informal sessions, we'll come together on zoom meeting, tell each other's stories, experiences, engage with each other on some topic (non political, non religious discussions though), share some insights and knowledge with each other, and will also invite guests on and off, during the weeks. Guests can be from various fields, any member can also invite someone from their respective circles as well, no requirement, the members of group are not just members they're participants, any non-active member will be removed duly - Career Opportunities. update and refer the people in your circle.spread the words etc. Youcan post any vacancy in your knowledge too - Recommendation of Online Free Courses, will provide you links and related knowledge on various online courses and resources available to learn, which many of us are not aware of - Physical Baithaks more like digital baithaks, but these are physical. So these will be decided on availability of the members
