He developed the patented Brief Therapy Treatment Planner & is the author of several books,including Patterns, Fractals, and Mental Health. Listening Incorporated provides all types of psychotherapy; Anger Management, Chronic Pain, Stress Management, Problems in the Workplace, Crisis Debriefing, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, & Depression. Richard works with children, teens, families, individuals & mature adults. He works with victims of violence & perpetrators. He has testified over 750 times as an expert in court. LI also provided training for attorneys and mental health providers in cross examination in the area of health care testimony. We also provide professional continuing education, serving as a leader in the professional arena on a national level, providing training across the US. Our staff has traveled from Northwest Indiana to Hickam AFB in Hawaii to train mental health professionals from all branches of the arm services, from Boise to Bismark, from Austin to Minneapolis/St. Paul, to Amhurst to Raleigh,providing continuing education for psychotherapists, school systems & law enforcement in violence prevention & assessment. Listening Incorporated continues to offer workshops to the general public on preventing violence, working with obesity, individual behavior pattern theory, anger management, stress reduction, child safety & remarried families. They have recently started offering the Child Shield USA program to churches, schools and service organizations in the Midwest. This is a program that empowers families and the children in those family to avoid being victims of violent perpetrators.
