Listening Partnership is led by its founders, executive coaches and course trainers, Nick Isbister and Jude Elliman. We partner with a team of high calibre executive coaches who bring unique experience and a range of expertise – but share similar professional values and a commitment to harnessing possibility in the stories of leaders and their organisations. We offer executive coaching, supervision and training for coaches, and L & OD consulting. We work with individuals who want a confidential, private service, and across a variety of business sectors, including: corporates, professional services, higher education, not-for-profits and NGOs, sector skills councils and SMEs. We are currently seeking a range of strategic partners in particular sectors and markets to co-create programmes that incorporate our distinctive narrative approach to coaching and development.
