Litani

Litani [le-tah-nee] is a creative collective offering workshops, performances, and events that equip members with tools to overcome performance anxiety, tap into their inner creativity, and foster holistic wellbeing. Litani's co-founders are Marie, a performing artist and meditative movement facilitator, and Charlie, a psychotherapist and poet. The name Litani was inspired by Marie’s Lebanese heritage. Drawing from the Nahr-Litani, a river of Lebanon, our inspiration is deeply rooted in the region’s rich culture. Named after the river’s serpent deity, Litani's approach is infused with the fluidity of movements found in Southwest Asian and North African dances.
