I graduated from Edinburgh College in 2021 with an SVQ in Professional Cookery (Patisserie and Confectionary) at SCQF level 7, and fell in love with making chocolates in the process. All my chocolates are made small batch, by hand, using only the highest quality ingredients and are all vegetarian and gluten free!
