Little Seed Wellness

Little Seed Wellness is a queer-led, trauma-informed group psychotherapy practice serving Chicago, Northern Colorado, and the greater Illinois community through in-person and telehealth care. We provide integrative, anti-oppressive mental health services rooted in liberation, connection, and community care. Our clinicians specialize in supporting queer and trans clients, fat and neurodivergent communities, and individuals navigating trauma, identity development, and major life transitions. We are proud to grow our roots in Colorado while continuing to serve clients throughout Illinois. Our mission is to create accessible, compassionate spaces where people can heal, grow, and be fully themselves.
