Liu Xiaomian
We are two girls from Chongqing, a metropolitan in the southwest of China and one of the capital cities for spicy food. In 2014, we became flatmates and have been exploring London together since then. Driven by our shared passion for Chongqing Xiaomian, we decided to launch the Liu Xiaomian project in 2017. We starting serving authentic Chongqing Xiaomian at Brick Lane Market since 15th April 2018. Now, we collaborated with two British pubs in Central London. Xiaomian actually refers to a group of plain noodles seasoned with soy sauce, garlic, chilli oil, ginger, Sichuan pepper etc. The real essence of Xiaomian is its unique spicy taste of chilli oil, which we proudly are making at home with our secret recipe.
