We are dedicated Pilates and movement company founded in Dublin, Ireland in 2005. We also offer online and in person training options. Our services include small group classes and one to one training with the full Pilates repertoire, provided to clients of all ages and abilities who want to build strength and resilience. Our experienced teaching team is led by Founder Steph Grey, and have thousands of hours of experience, ensuring each client gets the best possible results. Our attention to detail and technique has enabled us to help many clients attain their fitness goals - whether that be with helping with chronic pain conditions, cross training for sport, pre and post rehab for surgical clients or pre and postnatal programs. Our tailored programs can address help address symptoms of underlying conditions such as arthritis, scoliosis, bone health and neurological conditions such as MS. Our comprehensive teacher training programs and continuing education courses and workshops for movement teachers have been attended by global audiences with visitors from all over Ireland, the UK, Europe, US and from as far away as South Korea. Whether we teach online or in person in the studio, our focus is on individual attention and the quality of the movements. Quality, not quantity is in everything we do. Our usage of technology at the back-end helps reduce admin overheads for your HR Department while ensuring your staff are provided with the latest evidence based information - in classes or with our Wellness Presentations.
