I’m Hunter Elyse, a therapist, somatic educator, and founder of Live Embodied, a space where nervous system education, body-based tools, and holistic mental health support come together. My approach blends clinical training with somatic and trauma-informed practices to help people move from survival mode into a more steady, self-connected way of living. Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, trauma, or chronic patterns of dysregulation, I believe your body holds the wisdom to guide you home. Through courses, digital resources, and private offerings, Live Embodied supports people in understanding how their nervous system works, how it protects them, and how to work with it, not against it. My signature course, The Steady Protocol, is a 28-day guided nervous system immersion that weaves together daily somatic practices, self-inquiry prompts, educational video lessons, a printed workbook, and live breathwork classes. It’s designed to help people build awareness of their nervous system states, reconnect with their body’s cues and needs, and establish sustainable regulation practices in a gentle, accessible, and deeply supportive way.
