Live Fresh Wellness focuses on integrative and transformative modalities such as personalized nutrition and Cryoskin body contouring to help people work towards optimal health and feel confident in their own skin. As a nutritional therapist, I focus on a holistic approach through a combination nutrient-dense whole foods, quality supplementation, stress-reduction, and environmental toxin reduction to help my clients work on and reach their health goals. In my practice, I offer the revolutionary Metabolic Balance® program. This individualized program is based off over 36 blood values, your personal medical history, and personal food preferences. This holistic program works to balance your hormones, maximize weight loss, and help clients achieve optimal health all while consuming whole foods that their body needs. Cryoskin Body Contouring is a wonderful service for clients looking to permanently eliminate fat in areas that cannot be targeted through proper nutrition and exercise, tone, tighten, and firm areas of their body, including the face. I always provide continued support for the duration of any program while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
