With more than their share of obstacles in their lives (bullying, divorce, chronic illness, death of loved ones, embezzlement, betrayal and professional discrimination), Carolyn Bondy and Pat Dolen founded LIVE & LEAD BOLDLY to bring their passion of helping women to break through their challenging situations by "finding their inner BOLDness" to create their own path to significance. They bring the best of business worlds to this collaboration. As a VP in the software industry with the Sabre organization, Carolyn Bondy broke the glass ceiling in the 90’s and helped the company achieve significant growth of over 300%. Her leadership abilities, along with her bold approach, enabled her to establish and transform global service organizations with two fortune 500 companies. Through gaining support from executive women, Carolyn was able to achieve her vision of founding Empowering Women as Leaders (EWL). Today EWL has sponsored more than 100 women through scholarship and mentoring to help them overcome their challenges, be BOLD and live intentionally. Pat Dolen stepped into the HR world overseeing thousands of placements and managing 3 regional staffing offices for over a decade. Starting her own business in 1996, she’s served as an HR consultant, a facilitator of CEO Boards and a Strategic Business Coach for many award-winning businesses. Elected as a National VP for a professional sales association, her BOLD steps empowered her to become a national speaker, coach over 50 CEOS of privately held businesses and transform the personal and professional lives of many of her clients. Sharing the John Maxwell certification, Pat & Carolyn design offerings for study groups, coaching, self-awareness and development assessments, leadership development, training and best practice games to meet the needs of their clients.
