We are a Melbourne-based social enterprise. Our work is a pathway to personal/professional self-determination, creativity and wellbeing. At the intersection of art, education and health we create embodied education adventures in live and digital settings to shift your mood and change your state. We support you with tools to integrate embodied practices into your reality for personal, community and planetary sustainability. As artist/educators, we focus on things from the inside out and foreground your embodied intelligence because this is how you access and engage all that you have to offer and resource yourself while you do so. Embodied Practices are experiential and often non-verbal. They focus on what we hear, sense, touch, feel and imagine rather than just what we say and think. All of your intelligences are engaged so that your action reflects the full scope of your unique insight & knowledge. This work helps to rebuild connections to self, others and environments. We emphasise relational connection as the pulse of a life-sustaining existence. Profoundly support wellbeing by re-patterning behaviours and consciously activating creativity, managing stress, alleviating anxiety and feeding your psychophysical health. Human intelligence exceeds what is used and valued in our culture & education systems. We’re here to change this. Our experiential work draws on the proven benefits of arts & movement-based learning and therapeutics, somatic practices, attention training, play-based inquiry, improvisation and physical learning tools.
