Liveable Homes Australia are a family owned and operated business with offices located in Bundaberg & Sunshine Coast. We are providers of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) in the form of homes, units and duplexes that are designed and constructed to suit clients who are looking to transition into more suitable accommodation that will improve their quality of life. Combining a holistic approach with a dedicated team of professionals ensures all of our projects are untaken with the vision of viability for all involved stakeholders. Who are we? We’re registered NDIS SDA Providers, Licenced Builders, Proven Developers and Property Managers. Liveable Homes Australia was established in late 2016 by Builder and Director Jesse Zielke. Jesse and his wife Mel own and run JRZ Homes, a successful Multi Award Winning Building Company in Bundaberg, where they have been the largest custom home builder 5 years running. Jesse has owned and managed construction companies for over 12 years. JRZ Homes’ success has allowed Jesse to focus on his passion of building homes for those who require purpose built accommodation to live more comfortably and independently. Having had family and friends affected by disability, Jesse understands how much of an impact this type of housing solution can have on a participants life, their families life and also those who deliver the day to day care. We continue to be advocates in this sector with our focus being on a participant’s right for choice and control.
