Living Lab Nrw
Im Sommer 2022 bauten die studentischen Teams des Solar Decathlon Europe 21/22 (SDE 21/22) in Wuppertal 18 Demonstrationsbauten. Acht dieser Häuser stehen jetzt Mitten im Herzen Wuppertals, an der Nordbahntrasse und bilden das Living Lab NRW. Ziel des Projektes ist es, in einem NRW- und deutschlandweitem Netzwerk die Forschung und Ausbildung im Bereich des nachhaltigen und klimaneutralen Bauens und der energieeffizienten Versorgung zu fördern. In dieses Netzwerk eingebunden werden Doktorand*innen von Hochschulen aus NRW. Gleichermaßen schafft das Living Lab NRW einen praxisorientierten Lernort für Schüler*innen, Auszubildende und Studierende aus Wuppertal und ganz NRW.
