Living Machine Institute

The Living Machine Institute is a research and solutions platform to answer the fundamental questions of what constitutes organisational success. By joining us, you’ll become part of a like-minded community dedicated to redefining business success. Our mission: To establish Longevity & Compounding Returns as superior markers of business success. Pioneering an approach that elevates life force and its regenerative capacities to build perpetuating institutions. Today’s management practices are based on mechanistic thinking that prioritises short-term growth and efficiencies, over long-term compounding returns. This view fails to account for the essential nature of life. As a result, many built-to-last companies have lost their life force and faltered. We are proposing a new paradigm of management theory and practice, grounded in solid research and engagement. How we aim to achieve this- Events: Starting with The India Way - a platform that showcases a Wisdom approach to Capitalism - launching at the 16th Global Peter Drucker Forum, Vienna - https://livingmachine.org/india-way/- Research: We have recently published our pioneering research, the Lasting Value Creators 100 (India)- which establishes the relationship between the healthy mindset/culture/creativity and long-term value creation. Benefits of joining our community: Engagement with peers: Connect with others who share your commitment to apply wisdom principles to apply longevity in their business. Open-source model: Gain access to cutting-edge research, white papers, and events that will help you apply Living Machine principles in your organisation. Expert support: Work with our team to implement the Living Machine model and its pioneering tools to assess the ‘State of the Living Machine’ in your organisation.
