Living Properties Inc. is a full-service property management company providing investors, property owners and condominium boards with peace of mind and quality service since 1983. Living Properties was founded as an addition to the Living Group of Companies, with the goal of providing “after-sales support” to investors who had purchased income-generating properties. As its reputation grew, Living Properties – a fully-licensed member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) – gradually built its team into one that includes certified, experienced managers, a staff of administrative assistants, a Certified General Accountant, and a fully staffed accounting department. Today, Living Properties’ management portfolio is comprised of more than 300 properties, including a number of Greater Toronto landmarks such as Pacific Mall and Scarborough’s Centro Condominiums.
