Over the course of my 30-year career in Fortune 100 companies, I have had the good fortune of working for, and with, a number of extraordinary individuals. These experiences and relationships shaped me into the person I am today, and helped me develop a simple but very powerful philosophy: The best way to deliver lasting business results is to put people first. This is what inspired me to found Living with Purpose, a different type of consulting practice – one in which we blend this people-first philosophy with a range of business expertise to help individuals and teams achieve their personal and professional best.
