LIVRA Group is an asset management company headquartered in Sao Paulo, Brazil. LIVRA provides specialized fund management services for its clients, with a strong concentration on their proprietary Credit Receivables Fund (FIDC). The firm’s members are an undisputed authority in the creation and management of structured investment products, having pioneered such financial instruments in Brazil. Several current LIVRA employees were among the group who originally conceptualized, structured and managed the first FIDC in Brazil in 2002, as well as the first Multi-Seller FIDC in 2004. Alongside it’s fixed income division, LIVRA is also active in Private Equity and M&A transactions through its Investment Banking department, focusing on further fomenting commercial pipelines between Brazil and other emerging markets. 2009 expansion plans include offices in the Middle East and Europe.
