I am a Longevity Coach helping women and teams optimize their overall well-being. I take a holistic approach to wellness, simplifying health and making sustainable habits accessible for busy lives. My goal is to help people feel and perform at their best, improving energy, resilience, and overall performance through balanced, practical lifestyle changes. I KNOW what it’s like to feel stressed out, exhausted, and stuck in the cycle of trying to “do it all” while watching your health take a back seat. For years, I was in a corporate career, with long hours, constant deadlines, and the pressure to always perform. On the outside, everything looked great. But inside, I was burned out, inflamed, and frustrated that all the things that used to work for me, skipping breakfast, trying the latest diet, pushing harder at the gym, weren’t cutting it anymore. I was ready to feel like ME again and help others feel their best too. Now I help women and teams cut through the health noise, ditch the fads, and find what actually works for their bodies. My approach is rooted in clean living, balanced nutrition, and strength from the inside out. The LIVV WELL approach blends holistic nutrition, movement, recovery, and low-tox living to help clients increase energy, mental clarity, and resilience - busy professionals can thrive both in and out of the office.
