With a Masters in Psychology, and as a qualified coach, I support people as they experience key life transitions such as retiring, new business start up and career change, as well as personal life events such as reorienting after becoming a parent or relocating. On the corporate side, I give companies fresh ideas around employee engagement, motivation and well-being so as to ensure that HR and people practices are relevant, current, and informed by the latest research. Specialising in the Psychology of Motivation and Perseverance, I also support ambitious sportspeople in upping their mental game so that they can boost their performance and maintain their drive. For parents, I run Psychology Skills for Parents sessions, as well as working 1:1 to give parents the tools to more effectively communicate with their children, understand family and friend dynamics and support their mental well-being.
