Prior to starting LKH Talent Consulting, I led talent acquisition at global tech consultancy Devbridge for 4 years. In this role I successfully implemented talent best practices, enhanced operational talent processes, met rapid business expansion goals by sourcing and hiring exceptional product talent, and nimbly led a global recruitment team during Cognizant's acquisition of the company. Today, I'm thrilled to focus on the work I find most important and rewarding: helping businesses and people grow through strategic and tactical support.
