She has conducted search assignments in a variety of industries and across many functional areas. Prior to founding LMB Associates in 1989, Lorena was a Senior Associate at Korn/Ferry International. She earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago and a BA in Economics from Cornell University. Lorena is a Past President of the University of Chicago Women’s Business Group, Congregation B’nai Torah, and the Board of Directors for Southeast Lake County Faith in Action
