Het Lobroek, het noordelijkste gehucht van Grote Brogel, is reeds eeuwen de thuis van onze familie. Onze voorouders, in rechte lijn, bewonen en bewerken al minstens sinds de 16e eeuw deze ruwe, Kempische, zandgronden. Als familie zijn we dan ook vervlochten met deze streek en verknocht aan ons vak.
