For people new to the care industry we deliver our 3 Day Care Certificate program, utilising both classroom and work based training. Working to nationally recognised standards our training is delivered in a practical, friendly face to face environment with a proven 95% pass rate. Working from the launch of the Care Certificate we continue to develop based on the feedback of our clients, learners and changes in legislation. Our large portfolio of training courses is further complemented by our mandatory training program which ensures staff keep their skills current as well as having the opportunity to share best practice with their contemporaries. This ensures staff have the skills required to do their jobs correctly. Our current courses offer a diverse range of training, from the important subjects of Safeguarding, Equality & Diversity and Staff Development, to specialist medical training including Autism awareness, Dementia and Substance abuse.
