Locarno is a family-owned 4th generation landlord and real estate developer based in Vancouver. Today, Locarno specializes in the acquisition, development and operation of commercial and mixed-use buildings in established and growing neighborhoods. The portfolio includes a diversity of mixed-use buildings on many of Vancouver's major arterials that are home to a diverse range of national, regional, and local tenants.
