Lockett Custom Homes is a luxury residential and multifamily builder with over 22 years of experience designing and constructing high-quality projects in Arcadia and Scottsdale, Arizona. Across this period, leadership has completed more than 150 residential projects, including luxury renovations, ground-up new construction, and multifamily assets, providing a deep base of execution and market-cycle experience. We operate a disciplined, hands-on model, intentionally limiting the number of active projects to ensure direct leadership involvement across design, budgeting, and construction. This deliberate pace is intended to protect capital by prioritizing execution quality, budget discipline, and risk management over volume. All projects are designed by our in-house Architecture and Interior Design teams and executed through an integrated design-build platform supported by an in-house Construction Superintendent. By aligning design intent, interior specifications, constructability, and field-level oversight from the outset, we reduce change orders, compress timelines, and improve cost certainty. This structure creates greater predictability during execution while maintaining the level of quality expected in luxury residential and multifamily development. Through long-standing relationships with trade partners, suppliers, and local municipalities in Arcadia and Scottsdale, we are able to navigate permitting efficiently, maintain reliable timelines, and deliver repeatable outcomes across projects.
