Loco Tequila was born learning from the very unique and artisanal ways of the past from our 200-year-old Hacienda La Providencia, right at the heart of the Tequila region in Jalisco, taking the time to make things right, with care and passion in every step of the process from selecting the best and most perfect Blue Agave plants in our “Terruño” in the village of El Arenal, moving to a very careful and “shaved” jima, to a unique fermentation with native yeast and a slow distillation in small copper pot stills recovered from our 18th century Hacienda, whilst also daring to innovate and propose a very unique identity for Loco Tequila. These elements grant a strong character, uniqueness, smoothness, elegance, and sophistication for the best quality ever tasted in a tequila. We aimed for the extraordinary and the result is Loco Tequila.
