With extensive experience across the fields of Law, Property and Marketing, Loft Hunt is a property company like no other. Though there are many property companies that sell loft style homes, Loft Hunt is the only company in the capital that genuinely works to two core principles: We only deal with Lofts & the Client always comes first. Peter, or ‘Pete’ as his friends and clients know him, is Loft Hunt’s founder and the driving passion behind the business. Growing up in a small village on the East Durham Heritage Coast, inspired by his Grandad’s legal background, Pete actually accidently fell into the London Property Market - then ended up falling in love with it! After finishing his Masters in Law and Legal Practice Course at University of Northumbria in Newcastle, Pete moved into Residential Developments, where he was part of the New Homes Team that won the coveted Times New Homes Agency of the year award for 2014. Pete moved on to work for the Capital’s original ‘Loft’ property agency, performing almost every role imaginable - Appraisals, Acquisitions, Sales, as well as Client Account Management. During the five years he sat in that seat, Pete maintained the position of highest fee earner year on year, whilst breaking the record for highest fee and highest value transaction in the brand’s history. Through those experiences, Pete gained a reputation, not just amongst his clients and working associates such as solicitors, surveyors etc, but also, amongst the residents in the majority of loft buildings, for his educated, eloquent, honest and straightforward personality. Our clients have included world-leading Architects; multiple Oscar winning Actors; Grammy award winning Musicians; elite level Sportspeople; CEOs of FTSE 250 Companies, and some of the Capitals must exciting start-ups to name but a few. Outside of work, Pete can either be found on a long-distance run; exploring a new city in one of its oldly worldly pubs, or watching his beloved SAFC.
