Our services are individually tailored to suit the project scale and complexity, for building projects this could include any or all of the following- • Initial appraisal and strategic briefing with the client through to preparation of outline project proposals. • Development of the design from detailed to final proposals before preparation of production information (calculations, drawings and details) sufficient for statutory application submissions. • Progression with tender documentation and action through to mobilisation, construction and completion. Structural surveys and appraisals can be made of all building types (either full or individual elements) regardless of age and Listed status in conjunction with all appropriate authorities.
