Logibot

Logibot is building the next generation of warehouse automation to solve one of logistics’ biggest challenges: the growing shortage of labor. We enable companies to deploy human-like robots in real, operating warehouses—without expensive redesigns, rigid systems, or vendor lock-in. Logibot adapts the best possible robot to the use case - not the way around. Our hardware-agnostic AI platform helps logistics and postal operators simulate, select, train, deploy, and continuously improve human-like robots for intralogistics tasks such as sorting, unloading, internal transport, and pallet handling. By combining high-fidelity simulation, embodied AI, and real-time monitoring, our robots learn from their environment and get better over time. Human-in-the-loop capabilities ensure operational reliability from day one, even in complex or dynamic scenarios. Logibot is designed specifically for space-constrained, high-variability logistics environments where traditional automation struggles. Our vendor-neutral approach allows customers to choose the best-fit robot hardware while avoiding long-term lock-in. With a flexible SaaS + Robot-as-a-Service model, we make advanced automation accessible without heavy upfront investment. We work closely with postal operators, CEP companies, 3PLs, and industrial players across Europe to turn labor-intensive warehouse work into scalable, resilient, and future-proof operations.
