The firm's first products are a series of Kitchen, Bathroom, and Utility Room modules - all mass-customized to project specification and shipped to construction sites across the US Northeast- These mods are lifted into place with the crane, forklifts, or palette-jacks already on site, keeping logistics simple- The units are installed as plug-and-play components needing only one technician and allowing dozens to be installed per day- All these rooms are delivered fully finished, relaxing the need for skilled on-site labor and coordination. It is too hard to build a home. LOGIC aims to simplify the coordination of a handful or engineers and dozens of tradesmen, to distill a tangle of individual services into one customizable product.
