Services provided include: preconstruction site survey, construction plant review, existing facilities survey, laboratory test, design, report, plans and specifications, installation supervision, system commissioning and operational check. Our Technical Services department is organized to serve the client for pipeline survey services, non‐destructive test (Radiographic, Infrared, Ultrasonic, Magnetic particle, dye penetrant), Boiler, Pressure Vessel, Crane & Lifting Equipment certification, welding inspection, and instrument & equipment setting (e.g. pressure safety valve, breather valve, flow meter, etc.).
