Lois Pearce

Lois Pearce, Master Bridal Consultant, and Owner of Beautiful Occasions in Hamden Connecticut. In addition to her event planning business, she serves as the Director of Ethnic Diversity, and the Connecticut State Coordinator for the Association of Bridal Consultants, as well as the Director of Communications of the Connecticut Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. A recognized authority in the wedding industry she has appeared on ABC, CBS, NBC and public television. She has been quoted in numerous major bridal publications and has spoken at the many educational seminars including: The Special Event, Event Solutions, International Caterers Association, American Rental Association and Agenda NY. Lois is the author of the “Ethnic and Specialty Wedding Guidebook”, and instructor of “Really Getting Started” (a bridal consultant training program). Lois also is a professional speaker, coach and mentor on the topics of cultural etiquette and sensitivity and starting a wedding planning business.
