Focusing on assisting domestic Japanese hotels, ryokan, inns, resorts, and destinations better market to global audiences while boosting staff and management capabilities, Lokahi International provides coaching and mentoring services (including language, technical, and operational expertise) along with the communication skills necessary in reaching international audiences and providing consistently superior services to guests from around the world. In the area of education and training, Lokahi International is engaged to represent the American Hotel & Lodging Association's Educational Institute's professional certification programs, university and college hospitality curriculum, and START - the Institute's highschool career development program in Japan.
