Life Coaching with Lola offers four programs; personal coaching, family coaching, relationship coaching and small business coaching. I am passionate about listening to you. Together we can quickly and effectively identify steps to move you forward and motivation blocks that keep you stuck. As a qualified Social Worker, my coaching draws on a range of evidence-based, psychologically-grounded theories, whilst understanding the social theories that can impact your day-to-day life. I work in a person-centred, solution-focused approach to critically analyse challenges you are facing to reach out beyond them and your comfort zone. Holistic, systems theory approach means we look at the whole system around you, which is in a constant transient balance, so we can make fully informed decisions that bring about positive change in your life. Solutions-focused means that I focus on your strengths and resources that have got you to where you are today. With a focus on your present and future circumstances and goals, rather than past experiences, we identify solutions to move you forward. Transactional analysis looks at how your behaviour and relationships change and we focus on how to alter your ego state as a way to positively affect the emotional problems within that relationship. By working together via hour long phone-based sessions, we will identify how your daily decisions may be keeping you in your comfort zone and holding you back from cultivating the life you truly aspire for. Coaching explores your values, aspirations, fears and self-limiting beliefs; through this work you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and how to move forward using your strengths and skills.
