Founded in 2007, Lolaab Enterprises (PVT) Ltd, rooted on the principle to bring opportunities in Pakistan’s Job sector for both employers and employees. The gap between the two divisions had been so broad that the job industry kept crashing with no proper institution to cater to the problem. Lolaab Enterprises (PVT) Ltd was established to rise above this difficult challenge and create a leading example in Pakistan & globally for exceptional talent management services. Our motivation behind the foundation breaks down into multiple reasons; Pakistan is one of the countries with the highest unemployment rate in youth. Our founders recognized this problem and decided to take the matters in their own hands, empowering the youth and connecting them with the right employer for their growth and future. Furthermore, unemployment rates drastically effects the economic state of Pakistan, it was essential to have a recruitment agency that can make a difference on a larger scale. We understood the needs of government and private sectors and developed plans to contribute to the ecosystem with the right skilled manpower. We believe in delivering quality over quantity. Through our mission to personalize and cater needs of our clients individually, we have stepped on the pedal for integrity, trust, transparency and high ethical practices. We develop relationships with our clients that go beyond the initial connection of job seekers with the seeking employers. Lastly, while we started our mission focusing on Pakistan, we have realised that to better the chances of our youth’s future and to contribute to the economic system of our country it is necessary to provide services on a global level.
