Lomba Capital is a spanish privately-held investment fund formed to acquire one private business with revenues of $5 to $30 million. Its investors are experienced managers and entrepreneurs from Europe and North America, looking to identify, acquire and grow an established business. Our goal is to work with committed sellers that need to achieve either full or partial liquidity. We are not a private equity sponsor or strategic acquirer—our aim is to work with business owners who no longer wish to run their firms but value the long-term success of what they have built.
