Lombardo Law works closely with clients—including U.S. and non-U.S. entities—to navigate and resolve issues with U.S. export controls, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the regulations enforced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the Anti-Boycott Regulations. We also regularly assist clients with issues arising under the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-bribery/corruption laws. The Firm represents clients before officials responsible for export control in the U.S. Departments of Commerce, State, Treasury and Defense.
