Long-View Micro School

A school that takes "the long view" by prioritizing construction of meaning, asking good questions, seeking connections, and considering multiple perspectives, over consumption of information, rote practice, and shallow skill coverage. Our vision is to ensure we are looking ahead, and making sure we are keeping the long term, transferable skills foremost in our curriculum. We have high expectations for our students, support them as they stretch and grow, and we don't waste our kids' time. We seek to inculcate certain habits of mind that begin fundamentally with a love of learning for its own sake.
