Founded in 2019, LongRange Capital was formed to take a longer-term perspective to investing and to build stronger and better middle market businesses through a company-focused and customer-first philosophy. We are currently investing a highly flexible $1.5 billion committed capital pool backed by long-term institutional investors. Our capital offers the flexibility to be either a majority or minority owner as well as a partner or structured capital provider to corporations, families, business leaders and other shareholders for companies headquartered in North America or Europe. Regardless of ownership position, location, company size, or investment level, we attempt to deliver a practical and differentiated approach by identifying and solving complex business challenges and implementing bespoke solutions. Over multi-decade careers, our principals have accumulated significant experience in many sectors and investment types.
