Founded by Hugo Eddis in 2009, Longwater Partners is an independent consultancy specialising in Executive Search, Boardroom Advisory and Consulting Services. We provide advice to our clients on all aspects of human capital management, encompassing strategy and planning, bespoke research projects and search. In the Boardroom, our expertise spans both executive and non-executive assignments, across a range of sectors. Our other areas of focus and expertise include Investment Banking and Capital Markets, Asset & Wealth Management, Private Equity, Legal & Compliance, and HR. We operate a well established, rigorous and structured search process, which lends itself well to all level of searches, from the Boardroom down. We have a one-firm approach to business, ensuring a true collegiate effort on all work. Furthermore, we only take on projects/searches that we know we can we can complete, in order to protect the strong reputation we have already built.
