Lons Pride Training Institute is a GlobalG.A.P registered trainer and AgriSETA accredited training provider of skills development services, operating primarily in the agricultural industry. Our programmes range from vocational skills training in all functional areas of the agricultural industry, supervisory and management development programmes applicable to a wider range of industries. Programmes are run both as accredited short courses that buildup to a full qualification and 12-month Certificate/Learnership programmes. Lons Pride believes that the most effective training and consulting solutions and tools begin with understanding the needs of the client and the people who will be influenced by the products and services offered. With that in mind, we conduct skills audits and from there we then design all of our training programmes from short courses to full qualifications in great detail with one aim in mind - to help you take your Course Participants and your company to the next level. Having this capability in-house allows us to conduct an in-depth training needs analysis, pinpoint urgent skills gaps and design practical learning modules which are highly relevant to the South African agricultural working environment.
