Janet and Sarah Richardson, mother and daughter, started Look A Likes out of passion, necessity, and a spirit of helping others achieve their dreams the same way they always have, hunting for luxurious bargains. It was actually Janet’s mother Letrice aka Meemee, who inspired the duo to hunt for treasures on a budget. It seemed every Saturday she would go “hunting” for antique treasures. It only made sense to join in on the fun and soon the “hunt” became more than antiques. Janet fell in love with vintage clothing, crystal and glassware. Sarah’s finds were copper and fashionable cache. It became evident that one could dress beautifully and have rich surroundings without spending a lot of money. Look A Likes mission is to help the customer live and look like a million bucks while saving them time and effort in a competitive world.
