OUR MISSION To offer an accessible, creative, practical approach to mindful photography that helps people to reframe their ‘now’ and to create the future they would like to see, for the benefit of themselves and others. OUR OFFER We offer accessible, creative, experiential online and in-person workshops and courses in the private, public and non-profit sectors, and training programmes for professional practitioners. Using a blend of mindfulness, photography and nature connection, our evidence-based methodology improves mental health, wellbeing, and resilience.
