Loop Customer Management

Loop was created in April from within the Kelda Group, to provide managed customer services to our sister company Yorkshire Water. As a relatively unknown name to most people, Loop now delivers a world class service to Yorkshire Water. Our service includes: • Contact Centre services • Billing and Income services We pride ourselves on being a great place to work and have developed a wide range of policies and procedures to help attract, retain and support the 600 people we now employ in our office based in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
