Lopez Services will facilitate the estimating process by giving a full report of inclusion and exclusion for the customer. Will, also provide the supplier & subcontractor quotation in a report for the use of the customer to be prepared for the bidding date and data base. For the estimate cost will provide an excel with the full detail per unit cost of the project estimated. The tool that Lopez Services will use to estimate is “Stack”, also giving to the customer a full report of the takeoff worked on the project. The projects that will be estimating are electrical solar, industrial, residential and highway projects. The customer only needs to be in contact with the estimator for the delivery of request of information & date of the closing of the proposal. At the end of the estimate the customer will have a folder with all the information explained.
