Working as a coach is a privilege. Doing it with generosity, courage and respect, my qualities. My mission as a coach is: to accompany people to take decisions that respect their needs and requirements. Before I became a coach, I experienced the power of coaching myself. I was looking for a change and I enrolled in a course. Thanks to this I understood and personally experienced how a coach can support us in overcoming: our limiting thoughts, illuminate our fears transforming them into positivity, discover our most intimate desires and find our way to achieve them. I am a sporty, flexible, ironic and curious person in life. This is the reason that I like to work in life, business and sports, as all three are part of a person's life and all touch his needs. I work with the following paths: one to one, for people and athletes looking for a change and achievement of a goal executive coaching for professional development of company resources, coordinating with HR coaching team and team building for enhancement of corporate and sports teams group coaching to support people in personal and professional growth, learning coaching techniques It is a great emotion note people draw from their personal encyclopedia and slowly rediscover their potential, talents and resources. Listening to people carefully using the mind, heart and belly is natural for me.
