Lorena is a spiritual life coach, helping people change their self concept and shift their state of being. She has completely transformed her personal life ever since starting her spiritual journey in 2015, triggered by a mental health crisis. On her own journey of changing her self concept and creating her reality consciously, she found that a holistic method - incorporating body, mind, heart and spirit - led to true embodiment of a new version of self. Lorena has created a completely new reality for herself and fulfilled her wildest dreams. She is now committed to teaching others how to do the same, through a proven method of integrating emotions and shifting subconscious beliefs at a deep level as opposed to addressing them through the conscious mind alone.
