Our history began in 1990 with LORENZI Srl, founded by Lorenzo Lorenzi. Initially established as a distributor of products for footwear and leather goods, the company evolved into a technical textile manufacturer. Over the years, it grew to become the leading textile industry specialized in microfibers, introducing LYLIANE, a brand that remains one of the most prestigious in the sector worldwide. Thanks to its international success and outstanding performance, the majority of LORENZI SRL was later sold to a private equity fund, while our holding retained a significant shareholding and continues to be part of its story. Building on this foundation, the group expanded into real estate, developing luxury residential properties and industrial buildings for both sale and lease. Over time, this branch became one of the holding’s strategic pillars. In 2024, we entered a new chapter by acquiring a 90% stake in one of Italy’s pioneering gluten-free food companies, founded in 2011. This acquisition represents the cornerstone of a broader project: making gluten-free products accessible to everyone, not only in retail but also in cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality venues. To support this vision, we are also investing in distribution, acquiring specialized gluten-free retail stores. Today, our holding stands on three complementary pillars — textiles, real estate, and food innovation — combining heritage, excellence, and a clear vision for the future.
