Loreto Ministries

Loreto Ministries is the governing body for the educational ministries of the Loreto Province of Australia and South East Asia. As part of the Congregatio Jesu, we continue the Mary Ward tradition with a unified mission grounded in Gospel values and a commitment to justice, truth and integrity. In January 2023, Loreto Ministries became a Ministerial Public Juridic Person (MPJP) under Canon Law. From November 2023, the MPJP Stewards assumed full responsibility for the education ministries, bringing civil and canonical governance together under one unified entity. Each school expresses its own unique spirit, shaped by the charism of Mary Ward. Our wide network of past and present students contributes meaningfully to the Church and to Australian society in diverse and impactful ways.
